1. Shipping Locations We offer shipping to addresses within the Country. Please contact our customer service for more details on international shipping rates and availability.

2. Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer free Standard Shipping (*EXCLUD: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and Northern Mariana Islands). For customers out of Free shipping areas and ones with further shipping requests, please contact us to determine your shipping method and costs.

Free Standard Shipping: 2-7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days 

Next-Day Shipping: 1-2 business days

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Shipping Damage We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
