Return & Refund Policy

1. Important Notes

  • We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return;
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

2. Return Process To return a product, please contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We will guide you via email on how to return the product to the specified location:

    (1) Initial Return Authorization:

  • Please contact our customer service team at services@znboliving.com to initiate the return;
  • Our team will respond to your request and provide return instructions within 1-3 business days.

     (2) Shipping Time for Return:

  • Once you have received the return instructions, please ship the item back to us. The shipping time typically ranges from 5-10 business days, depending on your location.

     (3) Inspection and Restocking:

  • After we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it is in its original condition and packaging;
  • This inspection process usually takes 3-5 business days.

     (4) Refund Processing:

  • Once the return has been inspected and approved, we will process your refund;
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

3. Return Shipping and Restocking Costs Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees and a restocking fee of 30% of the purchase price. If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping, the return shipping fee and restocking fee may be waived.

4. Refunds Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

5. Non-returnable Items Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Certain promotion products
